addition we can work with new owners at each and every stage of a project, if
that is something you wish to commit to.
Each project is different, and each new owner has individual preferences; and we are more than happy to talk to you about what you are trying to do and whether we can embark on a project together.
Over a series of meetings and/or communications, we will formulate the details of the project with you, including any commitments and stage payments that may be required of you.
Once the project details and any financing have been agreed, we include these in a legal contract signed between us. We can then start the work of delivering your dream home, full of character & history. Perhaps you want exposed oak beams, or a warm open fire for those dark winter evenings? All our homes are individual and unique.
