The Stages Of Our Work
The work we do progresses through a number of stages which can be summarised as:
- Stage 1. Identify, Research and Buy
- Stage 2. Planning and Design
- Stage 3. Restore and Build
- Stage 4. Internal and Garden Design
Stage 1
Starts
with an outline of the property characteristics and location that we are looking
for. Once we have identified potential properties we then research them in more
detail before considering to purchase.
Stage 2
Involves liasing with Planning and Conservation and drawing up and agreeing a design that satisfies all of the interested parties. Any Planning Applications or amendments are then submitted for approval.
Stage 3
Is the restoration and build itself. The site and building are carefully prepared for the restoration and building works to commence. The detailed work then takes place, finishing with a fully restored and built property that satisfies Planning, Listed and Building Regulation requirements.
Stage 4
Commences
after the bulk of Stage 3 is complete and is quite dependent on the likes and
preferences of the new owner. Using our own resources and 3rd Party designers,
we work with the new owner to provide the finishing characteristics of the property.
