COVID- 19 & The Housing Market

As we all know COVID-19 has meant that everyone’s plans have been put on hold, holidays, weddings, and of course house moves. The government has advised to stop all property views, estate agents to shut down, and most importantly, solicitors to postpone the exchange of contracts till after lock down is lifted. We also see that not as many properties are coming to market due to this.. However, this doesn’t put a halt on us being able to provide you with a quote virtually, to help speed up your move when lock-down is lifted.
